OK, I'm not ashamed to admit that I kind of miss it. I moved about four years ago from VA, where I lived for just shy of a decade. I made a lot of friends there, and for a lot of them, Facebook is the only way I stay connected. I rarely have the time and/or funds to travel, so we keep in touch via social media. So I really do miss "seeing" them and reading about their lives.
So I peeked again. Weak! I know!
The very first thing I saw was a post, lengthy, rambling, angry, and..yes..political. I closed out immediately. So I guess the first real lesson I'm learning from this exercise is that I need to clean up my Facebook a lot. "Hide" a bunch of people. Probably just unfriend some.
Other than missing seeing a certain few people's life updates, I've been too busy to really over-think it. When the weekend comes it may be different.....we'll see!
